By downloading, installing, or using the LuxEterna mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
LuxEterna provides algorithmic trading signal analysis, paper trading capabilities, charting tools, and educational analytics. The App uses virtual currency for paper trading purposes only. LuxEterna does not facilitate real-money trading, brokerage services, or financial transactions of any kind beyond subscription payments and virtual currency purchases.
All trading signals, analytics, AI-generated content, and information provided through the App are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Past performance of signals or strategies does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. Accounts found to be in violation of these Terms may be suspended or terminated at our sole discretion.
LuxEterna offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App's Settings. Upon cancellation:

Virtual currency purchased or earned within the App has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money. Virtual currency is provided solely for use within the App's paper trading feature.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxEterna and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
